Someone’s boring me. I think it’s me.–Dylan Thomas

Yeah, it always is. I like to pretend that my feelings are somebody else’s fault, but I know better. Boredom is a feeling born of impatience, a feeling that I could or should be doing something better. That is, if I had the initiative/courage to actually do something better. But I don’t.

The thing is, failing to choose is a choice and I am ultimately responsible for my choices and my actions. I am responsible even when I choose not to choose, even if my action consists of inaction.
